Youth Training

xp-youth-trainingXP believes in group training, not group programming. Group training fosters teamwork, camaraderie, friendships, and a support system so that everyone succeeds.  Athletes of every age can gain an advantage by learning how to make their bodies work.  Through balance, agility, and speed drills, young athletes can begin a lifetime of healthy habits all while having fun.

-Increased strength, performance, and motor skills
-Decreased sports-related injuries
-Increased bone mineral density and decreased osteoporotic fracture risk with age
-Adoption of healthy physical activity habits
-Improved confidence, body image, and self-esteem

Because each athlete is on their own custom program, training times are individualized to fit the busy and hectic schedule that families have today.

Not limited to ice hockey, XP athletes include baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, and soccer players.  Gather your own group for weekly training or join a group already scheduled.  Create your own group of 5 athletes or more and each member will receive a 15% discount (each athlete must be pre-paid each month to receive the discount)!

There are training groups available every hour from 3p until 7p, Monday through Friday.
Girls-only Group: Monday and Wednesday 3:30-5p (ages 11-16)
